The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to recruit teachers into a range of roles to work within our secondary academies and post 16 college. Successful candidates will be employed by the trust and specifically the academy/college they are appointed to work within. Details of the vacancies available in each academy are provided in the table below.
Led by Sir John Townsley, the nationally renowned GORSE Academies Trust is strong and united. Our aim, based upon our existing success, is to produce teachers dedicated to ensuring that all young people, regardless of background, are purposeful and happy in their education and lives.
This means the development of the sensitive skills needed for the removing of barriers to learning, but also the capacity to nurture all abilities so they thrive. This will ensure that the recruitment, training and supply of trainee teachers within Leeds is world class, sharing even more fully the practice that The GORSE Academies Trust and our other partners across Yorkshire and Humberside have benefitted from over the last eight years.
This role represents an exciting opportunity for any candidate who is eager to become part of an organisation that seeks to secure the very highest educational standards for students. If you are excited about the prospect of this opportunity, we would be delighted to hear from you.
An application pack which provides further details of the roles is available to download directly from this page or by email to [email protected]
Please note if you submit an electronic application we will not require a hard copy. CVs are not accepted.
We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to full employment checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure and barring service check. We promote diversity and aim to establish a workforce that reflects the population of Leeds.
