We are looking for our new Sr Art Director who will play a key role in our team. We imagine you as a great visual storyteller and natural leader who understands the digital world, its trends, and ways to bring it to life in fun, unique, and unexpected ways for our clients. You will be responsible for mentoring and managing teams, as well as inspiring and fostering the best collaboration between creative talent and cross-department.

As a multi-disciplined creative, your primary role is to act as the group design lead, owning projects while delivering work with brilliant creative ideas, exceptional design and craft skills and smart strategic thinking.

We expect you to drive the work by mastering its craft, solving complex problems, taking responsibility for the detail, embracing feedback and constant changes on projects. They are consistently proactive, accountable and responsive, instantly adapting to any situation.

What you will be doing

• Oversee the execution of creative ideas from concept through tactical production tasks, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to brand strategy.
• Oversee the conceptualisation, presentation, and selling through of creative presentations, which tie together multimedia channels and customer experiences in all digital media formats.
• Explore new tools and visual ways to execute ideas.
• Give constructive direction and guidance to the designers working with you. You will be responsible of generating ideas/making decisions and encouraging others to share and explore their own.
• Lead, mentor and train teams of designers or Jr. art directors to create smart and surprising creative solutions to solve our client’s marketing challenges by putting the consumer at the center of the experience.
• Share your thoughts on the work and how it can be improved both in project and by attending and participating in rituals such as Crit Day.
• Act as a partner to clients and ensure growth and marketing goals are achieved.
• Bring a strong creative point of view to the creative community and The Keenfolks in general
• Contribute and presenting new business pitches

You will rock as this role if you have

• Minimum of 7 years digital agency-consultancy experience.
• Working knowledge all digital media best practices and their functionality.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing digital storytelling, conceptual and executional skills in integrated digital campaigns, as well as dynamic creative content.
• Excellent interactive and digital art direction and design skills and can design for Web, social, email, paid and organic SM… and other digital mediums.
• Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears for different clients.
• Solid presentation skills and demonstrated ability to run a meeting.
• Working knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma would be highly valued.
• Experience with new business.
• Good sense of humor and plays nice with others.
