Position Responsibilities:Stakeholder Support:
Identify stakeholder representation and perform stakeholder analysis
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team (incl. data architects, and developers) to ensure alignment and resolve requirement discrepancies
Prepare presentation material and communication to stakeholders
Act as liaison between stakeholders and multiple business teams to track process requirements for prioritization and stakeholder sign-off
Business Process Review:
Facilitates working sessions with internal and external teams to identify, define and document “as is” business processes and objectives
Identify data pain points and process gaps
Facilitate working sessions with multiple business teams to develop recommendation for future state process and identify system and workflow impacts
Conduct workflow analysis to support process “re-engineering” and automation
Assess impact of process changes to respective business teams and systems
Acts as facilitator and primary point of contact on the project for process questions
Details requirements for workflow notifications, dashboard and end user reporting
Defines process and reports for exception management (i.e. workflow notifications, escalations)
Documents user test cases for process requirements (i.e. error and warning resolution, exception reports) Assess, detail and capture impacts to operational procedures
Develop documentation to support training for end users (internal and external)
Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
Internal Candidates: Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+, Meets Expectations and Consistently Demonstrates)
Strong analytical skills, able to manipulate large and complex data sets in order to identify opportunities and quantify change.
5 + years as a Business or Process Analyst
Experience working in AGILE project environment
Demonstrated ability to influence change across many cross functional teams and at different levels of a mid to large organization
Ability to document, analyze and communicate process and technical requirements and issues in a straight forward manner
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with competing demands in a fast paced environment
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, MS Access and Visio
Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, highly-motivated team player
Excellent communication skills; collaborative with effective interpersonal skills; able to work across departments
Advanced SAP knowledge preferred
Understanding of current business process from one or more business units preferred
Project management experience preferred; ability to manage and prioritize multiple and competing tasks
The ideal candidate has had previous experience in an Omni channel environment, supporting enterprise data needs for digital operations, reporting and analytics.
