Leverage your technical ability and customer service skills to ensure local businesses have properly working coffee equipment so everyone can enjoy iconic brands like Folgers and Cafe Bustelo.In this role you will:Lead the equipment service business for corporations in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.Obtain expert knowledge from our training teams to learn the ins and outs of coffee machinery and equipment.Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.Perform scheduled service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and emergency service requests.Manage equipment inventories including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed.Document proper procedures including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities.Drive and maintain a state-of-the-art company vehicle, fully equipped with heated seats, large navigation screen, shelving and so much more to ensure you are comfortable and successful in your career!The Right Role for YouAre you a motivated self-started looking to jump start a technical career in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry?
