The Joint Chiropractic Hiring for Operations Front Desk Manager Job at Navarre, FL Full Time

Seeking energetic and fun operations/front desk manager operations/front desk manager to:
Oversee Front Desk staff at currently three locations, but expanding, Joint Chiropractic
clinics by recruiting, onboarding, training, and assuring corporate compliance
Creating, cross-training, and implementing new policies to guarantee a consistent patient
experience
Creating schedules to ensure proper coverage and optimize productivity
Generate goals and Key Performance Indicators along with General Manager/Owner
Troubleshoot escalated Customer Service complaints
Supporting General Manager where needed
With offices in Pace, Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach, reliable transportation and
willingness to travel is a must.
Skills/experience we are searching for in an ideal candidate include:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience managing other staff, payroll, scheduling, and employee
conflicts/accountability.
Experience with money management systems and basic cash accounting.
Understanding of marketing and promotions.
Outgoing, patient, and consistently friendly personality.
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
Experience with basic office computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Hospitality/retail/spa/or medical experience is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of employment laws and guidelines
Experience in training and leading other staff toward sales, location, and personal goals.
This is a salaried position where candidates would be working closely with the General Manager
and owner to create training and hiring protocols to ensure we are staffed with optimal
