The Just Group Looking for Store Manager at Queenstown, Otago Full Time

As a Store Manager of Just Jeans Queenstown you will be a highly motivated and passionate retailer who is driven to lead your store from the front and coach your team to maximise every possible sale. Overall, this will be your business to run like your own. Just Jeans , is part of the Just Group and where we differ from other retailers is our commitment to provide you a foundation and platform to build on your existing skills and experience.

Located in a busy location, you will have opportunity to maintain an existing customer base and take advantage of local foot traffic, return customers and establish a new base for the store.

To succeed in this role you will have proven Retail Management experience, where you have had experience with KPI’s, working to budgets, monitoring shrinkage, executing VM briefs and working in partnership with your Regional Manager to maximise every possible opportunity to make your store number one in the region.

This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking a large retailer, with a solid infrastructure that will support your Retail career and groom you for your next step.

The hours required for this role are Tuesday to Saturday approximately 38 hours per week.
