Permanent, with 12 months’ probation period
Contract Term:
Term Time + 3 Weeks; 37.5 hours per week (8.00am to 4pm with an unpaid 30-minute break) = 0.9125 Full time Equivalent (FTE)
Grade / Salary:
SCP 1 (1- 4) = £20,257 to £21,189
Actual salary range @ FTE of 0.91 = £18,424 to £19,334

Line Manager:
Academic Administration Manager
As the Exams and Academic Administration Assistant, you will be working within the Academic team providing a range of administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of both internal and public assessments/exams, annual reporting, organisation of parents’ evenings, maintaining the management information system (MIS) and supporting with any administration requirements of the wider Academy.
This is an interesting and varied role that would suit somebody that possesses excellent communication and administration skills with a pro-active approach to being able to re-prioritise a fast paced and flexible workload. A strong competence in using Microsoft applications is essential as you will be working with Word/Excel daily. Previous experience using management information systems and within school and/ or exams administration is desirable.
