The Maxis Group Hiring for Project Coordinator – REMOTE – Eastern Time Zone at Miami, FL Full Time

Large Managed Care Organization seeking 1 Program Coordinator. Initial 3-month contract with strong possibility of contract extensions and/or conversion to permanent hire.
Position is fully remote and candidates can sit anywhere in the US, but preference is given to candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm EST or 7:30am-4:30pm EST.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of administrative and/or implementation/project management support experience
• Strong written and verbal ommunication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to form and maintain professional relationships across teams/department
• Access to reliable high-speed internet in a home office setting
• Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years administrative and/or implementation/project management support
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

JOB SUMMARY

• Provides general administrative support that includes creation and maintenance of project implementation plans, decision logs, reporting, tracking of follow-up items, preparation of executive dashboard, and taking and distributing meeting recaps and action items.
• Also assists subject matters experts, business owners, and product owners across multiple teams to have discussions, execute on deliverables, and meet project timelines.
• Work may involve coordination of efforts across third party vendors or internal staff to execute against implementation/project requirements, development and monitoring of implementation/project metrics, monitoring and mitigating implementation/project risk, and ongoing process improvement.
• Examples include but are not limited to new business implementations through award or acquisition, re-implementations, expansions, carve-outs, termination of legacy PBMs, and Pharmacy Operations projects and initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
