What You’ll Do:
Grow the Jobs business through product marketing strategy and execution of new features, products, and monetization strategies.
Define go-to-market strategy including business goals, the definition of target/persona, and recommended approach.
Develop and execute world-class launch communications strategy across marketing, sales, and in-product channels.
Create compelling, differentiated messaging, positioning and sales narratives, with a clear understanding of the target customer/audience and the core capabilities of the offering.
Be the voice of the customer by developing deep insights about customers, global trends, and competitors to shape product strategy and incorporate them into customer and sales enablement strategy.
Must Haves:
4-5+ years of experience in relevant product, marketing, or business strategy roles.
Direct product marketing experience with a track record of driving rapid growth of innovative technologies (SaaS or Online/Self-Service B2B marketing experience a major plus).
Expertise in online B2B product marketing to small businesses or direct-to-consumer.
Experience in analyzing competitive products, messaging, and tactics.
Experience in collecting and using customer insights to generate actionable content.
Experience in using market research to inform product development strategies.
Experience in developing collateral and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
Experience in supporting data-driven marketing, acquisition marketing, or sales strategy.
Exceptional writing, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to demonstrate leadership, initiative, willingness to creatively solve problems, and ability to drive decisions.
A responsible, organized, self-starter, who thrives in fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environments and loves working with global teams and cross-functional partners.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Hours & Location:
Standard M-F, 40 hours/week . This role is 100% remote.
