What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly understand the requirements of the roles and teams you support.
Collaborate with the team to increase the diversity of our candidate pool through improving our job descriptions (i.e. ensuring the use of textio to create gender-neutral JDs), branding, and outreach.
Help with internal transfers; route transfer requests to SPOT as needed.
Become a 20/20+ expert and help HMs and Interviewers when needed.
Partner with Recruiters & HMs to create videos and blog posts.
Help with recruiting and ERG events.
Work with the Talent Community & Brand team to develop content and campaigns to engage with candidates through social media channels.
Run Employee Referral Reports in JobVite and communicate directly with referrals on candidate qualifications and job status.
Screen qualified applicants and referrals, submit feedback via jobvite, and recommend next steps. Reject candidates when appropriate.
Route applicants to more suitable requisitions when appropriate.
Use Talemetry to source within our Applicant Tracking System; build a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
Ensure qualified applicants are considered and reengaged for future opportunities.
Run weekly reports from Anaplan on BIDs without Req’s; add BIDs to pipeline req’s and route for approval, or work with a recruiter to open a new req.
Update req’s with missing or inaccurate Information: DQC, Non-DQC, Cost Center, etc.
Partner with recruiters to provide hiring managers updates about the health of the pipeline.
Provide a phenomenal candidate experience to referrals and applicants
Respond to emails from candidates via JobVite, ensure candidates are dispositioned properly – send rejection emails when appropriate
Must Haves:
3+ years of employment coordination or sourcing experience (enterprise software preferred) with an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Solid understanding of technology along with the ability to read resumes and understand job requirements.
Expertise in sourcing diverse pools of candidates within a global environment
Experience communicating with hiring managers
Outstanding organizational skills, with experience responding to a high volume of candidates.
Experience supporting an Enterprise Software Sales environment – familiarity with quotas, OTE/salary/variable pay, territories, etc.
Must have customer service experience, human resource experience, and team player experience.
Must be highly organized, and self-directed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is 100% Remote .
