The Mom Project Hiring for Sales Analyst (100% REMOTE) at Remote Full Time
The Mom Project is excited to partner with SpoonfulONE in their search for a Sales Analyst . They are on a mission to stop a food allergy before they start. SpoonfulONE products contain gentle amounts of 16 real foods that safely feed babies with the most common foods associated with over 90% of food allergies. Their products help train baby’s immune system to recognize these foods as just food.
SUMMARY
The Retail Sales Analyst position will support the Retail Sales team with report analytics to facilitate performance metrics and scale across channels, having recently launched in retail markets with distribution in Mass, Food, and Drug channels. The Sales Analyst will support customer management with set-up and onboarding and sales order execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Analytics
Extract reports from retailer dashboards or other sources and, with a high level of accuracy, prepare reports and integrate into internal sales report dashboard
Support S&OP with performance reporting and forecast-to-actual reporting
Analytic support on coupon redemption by retailer
Support ad-hoc analytics projects and leadership requests
Support sales marketing initiatives as needed
Customer Engagement & Sales Operations
Review sales orders for content accuracy
Engage cross-functionally on order process and details
Ensure proper integration into internal system
Communicate with customers on order status
Verify shipping details through 3PL portal
Manage internal order service email address
Customer Onboarding
Support new customer documentation forms and set up both internally and externally
Manage sample requests
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven analytical experience
Spreadsheet loving (you can whip up a chart, work with pivot tables and use VLOOKUP with ease)
Extreme attention to detail, well organized with a high standard of accuracy
Able to resolve challenges with minimal noise
Interpersonal and engagement skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate cross-functionally
Experience in CPG
An overall “roll up your sleeves” attitude
