Liberty Academy Trust is a small but growing Academy Trust of three special schools consisting of 160 staff who are all committed to enhancing the educational experience of all autistic children and young people.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who will pro-actively provide critical support to members of the Executive Board, consisting of the Director for Children’s Services and the Director for Education. You will need to hit the ground running in this busy role to support the team in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to quickly build positive and trusted relationships with your executives in order to collaboratively support them in all aspects of their roles. You will need to effectively manage changing priorities and act as a gatekeeper of their calendars and strategically manage their time. You will be highly efficient in Outlook, an expert minute taker and have experience of working with multiple executives. You will have exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You will have the ability to use your knowledge and expertise to create and develop processes and ways of working.
You will be line managed by and work closely with the Head of Executive Services to provide efficient and seamless support to the team. You will need to have a positive attitude and be a true team player. Previous experience is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
