The OHUB UK Hiring for Account Manager – Education Job at Hertford, England , UK Full Time

Welcome to The Opportunity Hub UK! We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a small but mighty education business based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Our client is on a mission to close the inequality gap in education by providing inclusive services to all. We work directly with Local Authorities to provide excellent services to the children in their schools, and we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our fast-paced team.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our Bid Writer to bring in new business to our accounts. You will create proposals for new accounts and build and maintain relationships with our existing accounts. You will attend and lead regular account meetings, work with our Tutor Leads to ensure each allocation is resourced, and manage the costings and funding for each account. In addition to managing day-to-day queries with our point of contact, you will evaluate, analyze, and monitor progress for each account and create and update process documentation for each account.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Working with the Bid Writer to bring in new business to our accounts
• Creating proposals for new accounts
• Building and maintaining relationships with our accounts
• Creating and communicating customer account reports
• Attending and leading regular account meetings
• Working with the Tutor Leads to ensure each allocation is resourced
• Managing the costings and funding for each account
• Handling day-to-day management queries with our point of contact
• Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring progress for each account
• Creating and updating process documentation for each account

Here are the skills you’ll need:

• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to engage and work collaboratively
• Excellent business acumen, analytical, and statistical skills
• Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality content
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• 2+ year’s experience of account/relationship management

Salary is £26k – £32k depending on experience
