Responsbilities

• Respond to a high numbere of inbound phone calls from members
• Transferring calls to the appropriate department
• Make outbound calls to assist members
• Actively listening to customers and handling their requests in a kind and professional manner

Skills & Requirements

• Resident of MA
• 6 to 12 months of relevant experience
• Strong computer and telephone skills
• Strong multi tasking skills, able to navigate multiple systems
• Able to accurately input data and documentation
