Looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented professional with experience in providing exceptional guest service. property management. Our front desk agents are responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our front desks with a commitment to the highest level of customer service. Position is required to tend to our guest, property owner and/or vendor requests and inquiries in-person and via phone.
Superior multitasking, decision making, time-management and computer skills are essential. Excellent communications skills required as is the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with multiple parties.
Duties also include assisting with company administration and management of various other office projects. Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Normal work schedule will include weekends and some holidays.
