The People Connection Hiring for File Clerk at San Francisco, CA Full Time

Our client, A long standing luxury foreign auto dealership in San Francisco is looking to fulfill an urgent need for a full-time temporary file clerk to support their records center in the Design District of San Francisco (Bryant St.). This temporary assignment would last for about three to four weeks.

Employment Type: Full-Time Temporary | M-F | 8am – 4:30pm PT *On-Site*

Compensation: $21.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

Assist in records management project including hand filing (alpha, numeric and chronologically), data conversion, office continuity, file box moving and other clerical tasks as arise.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have some clerical or administrative in-office experience. Ability to handle both alpha and numeric filing, as well as physically picking up, moving and breaking down file boxes (25-30lbs). Note, parking is available on-site.
