Our client, A long established non profit law firm in downtown San Francisco is looking to hire a front desk person on a temp to hire need. This need will temp for 12 weeks and then go regular after that.
Employment Type: Full Time Time-to-Hire | M – F | 8:30am – 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour
Duties include: answering phones, forwarding emails and messages, interacting with the office services team in relation to coordinating conference room usage, working with vendors, assisting staff as needed on office assistant/light admin tasks and other duties as required. Candidates should have some office experience or customer service background.
