The Phone Up Studios® is based out of Laredo, TX, We’re looking for one receptionist to join our music department. We are located on 2301 Moctezuma St, Suite 102155 but this position is remote. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Greet and welcome customers/clients in a friendly and professional manner over the phone *Answer and screen phone calls while providing support to customers *Organize and schedule interviews as needed *Accept, Review and authorize musician applications

Qualifications

*Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner * Organizational skills & Music Management

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 – $35.00/hour.
