We are a small team of 10 but we are known for our effective creative solutions, pushing boundaries, and our exceptional client service. Our services include innovative promotional strategies and high-quality products customised to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role of 15-20 hours a week. As the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, analysing market trends, and look after all public communications. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilites

• Management of SEO, Google Ads & Google shopping
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate quality leads for the sales team
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Creation of EDM’s and social media posts
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns and report back to the manager
• Passionate and determined to increase our online presence
• Blog and content creation
• Management of multiple brands

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Project Management and Budgeting experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
