Join a local Downtown Madison company as a temporary Data Entry Assistant! As a Data entry Assistant, you will assist with data entry and clean-up of keys and codes. This temporary role is for nine to twelve months. And offers full-time hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $19+ per hour based on experience.
Join a local Downtown Madison company as a temporary Data Entry Assistant! As a Data entry Assistant, you will assist with data entry and clean-up of keys and codes. Responsibilities:
- Data entry and clean-up of keys and codes.
- Review results of orders completed in the field.
- Compare electric and gas meter consumption: Monthly, seasonally, or yearly.
- Issue orders for field to verify meter reads.
- Assist the Customer Data Services team to assist with a variety of customer Data Representative tasks.
- Working with errors in the system with a to do message.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of data entry experience in an office environment
- Ability to navigate between systems
- Navigate and go through we applications utilizing an Oracle system
- Systems ar web based
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to do repetitive very accurate data entry.
