The primary responsibility of this position is to be the main point of contact for guests in the HR department, directing walk in visitors, answering and directing phone calls, distributing mail, performing data entry duties, managing personnel files, and scanning documents. This temporary role is expected to last through April 2023. The schedule for this full-time opportunity is Monday through Friday,8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the pay rate is $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and guests
- Answer questions related to the application process
- Route HR questions to the appropriate support staff person
- Direct walk-in visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Correspond to emails
- Sort and distribute mail
- Issue visitor parking permits
- Perform data entry duties
- Manage personnel files
- Perform Scanning duties
- Order and manage office supplies
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ year administrative experience in an office required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of an HRIS system a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be Covid-19 Vaccinated
