Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing partnerships with organizations that align with The Riti’s mission. The role involves developing strategies for business growth, analyzing market trends and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or related field
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Proven track record of closing business deals and partnerships with positive outcomes
• Knowledge of women’s fashion industry and consumer behavior
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the apparel/fashion industry is a plus
