The Roofing Store Hiring for Assistant Machine Operator Job at Hamilton Full Time

About the role:
This is an entry-level role and you will be given full training. Whilst learning the ins and outs of working in a production environment, you will be assisting the main machine operator, involved in all aspects of production. The role will also include other general warehouse operations and duties.

Punctuality and reliability are the key to this role!

What you will be doing:

• Assisting with operating the machinery
• Operating the forklift
• Loading and unloading machinery
• Assisting customers and drivers with loading and unloading
• General housekeeping within the warehouse to keep workplace safe and clean

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Previous factory, manufacturing or production experience is not required, but would be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs
• Forklift license and experience are a bonus
• Reliable with great attendance
• Full/ Restricted drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
