Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Type: Part-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our partners and ensure efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls and emails

• Scheduling appointments and meetings

• Maintaining and organizing files and records

• Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing

• Drafting and editing documents and correspondence

• Maintain and Manage Shared Company Calendars and Drives

• Assisting with project coordination and research

• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace Apps

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to Speak English and Spanish Fluently
