We are looking for highly motivated and responsible individuals who are looking for a customer-facing career opportunity in finance and willing to engage in a fast-paced Credit Management Trainee Program to learn about all the aspects of financial management in the wholesaling industry.
The Business Management Trainee Program
In this 24 to 36-month training program, you will learn all aspects of Financial Management in the electrical/solar wholesaling industry. The program will prepare you for the role of Credit Manager wherein your goal will be to maximize profitability while protecting the company’s financial assets.
It is a paid, full-time training program for recent graduates.
The Credit Management Trainee is expected to:
· Learn all the Financial Management aspects of the business from its very core as preparation for promotion to Credit Manager.
· Work in a professional office setting which may require sitting for extended periods
· Attend training classes in different locations
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· Current and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
· Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future)
· Demonstrated ability to communicate in English – verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
· BS or BA Degree in Business Management / Finance / Economics or similar
· Experience in Sales / Customer Service
· Leadership Experience
· Experience in the distribution industry or similar
