· Competitive Pay: Our Start Technicians Earn $800-$1000 Per week. We pay every other Friday. Each Pay Day, our techs earn between $1600-$2500 per pay period.

Position Overview:

Our start technicians are one of our most important positions. This role is responsible for performing our first application for our new customers. We need someone who is dialed in on the details so we leave our customer with an amazing first impression.

The job hours are typically 8:00am-5:00 pm

We work Monday through Friday and rotate Saturdays.

The job will require work outside in the weather and elements, Candidates should have experience working in these environments and feel comfortable working in them.

Job Requirements:

· Hold an active driver’s license with a clean driving record. (Must pass our MVR check and be 21 years of age to qualify for our company vehicle insurance)

· Must pass a background check

· Must Pass a drug Screen

· Have a commitment to Safety in all job areas: Driving, Service, and training

· Have a commitment to provide an honest and exceptional customer experience

· Have a positive background in Customer Service

· Be willing to work Monday-Saturday and some Holidays

· Earn and maintain the state requirement training and licensing ( We will provide the training)

Ideal candidates will have some industry experience, but we are willing to train with no industry experience!

The training is paid and we will also work to get you all required state licensing to perform pest control services.

Our Techs are paid hourly or by production which is a metrics based system that caters to the efficient and has high potential for large bonuses paid every 2 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 – $4,500.00 per month
