The schedule for this role would be 3-4 days remote with 1-2 days in office, Monday through Friday.

-The Basic Responsibilities –

● Be the best part of each patients’ day

● Build relationships with patients, referring professionals, and teammates

● Respond to online appointment requests, patient calls, and professional correspondence

● Handle insurance inquiries

● Discuss treatment plans, financial plans, and insurance benefits

● Manage patient schedules for multiple doctors and locations

● Liaison between patients and office locations

● Excellent customer service skills

● Bilingual – Spanish is required

● Creativity, Communication, and problem-solving ability

● Great time management and ability to work independently with integrity and as part of a team

● Established phone etiquette

● Adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Dental/Orthodontic experience preferred
