Position Overview:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to manage distribution center/logistics coordination, internal accounting and operations support.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule project timelines
Constantly monitor and report on progress of ongoing project to all stakeholders
Work with accounting and shipping departments to stay on track with project timelines
Maintain internal and external communication to ensure project flow
Identify potential problem areas in advance, take corrective action, advice others of required actions
Ensure timely payments of vendor/invoices; maintain accurate records and contract reports.
Follow up and interact with customers and installation teams
Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to optimize current & future schedules
Accurately document all telephone calls in computer-based system in a timely manner
Work well within a team
Be a part of developing distribution channels for TSDC
Participate in quality assurance processes/programs/initiatives as requested
Qualifications:
3-5 years of office administration experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid understanding of the construction process from contract to completion
Strong operations background, specifically in logistics/coordination
Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Excellent organization and follow up skills
Ability to creatively problem solve quickly and cost effectively for the company and its clients
Ability to work with different departments to bring all moving parts of a project together
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, be organized, efficient, accurate, and accountable
Strong work ethic and capacity to handle high work volume in a teamwork environment
