The firm receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting clients and potential clients and delivering exceptional customer service. This entails answering calls with a warm and friendly tone and taking detailed messages. Provides firm professionalism and is often the first point of contact for clients.

Compensation:

$600

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Ability to take detailed messages
• Provides administrative support
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Greet clients in a warm professional tone, screens and routes telephone calls and responds to clients by referring calls to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Must have computer knowledge.
• Excellent telephone skills and office etiquette.
• Proficiency in the English language
