• Junior, mid-level, senior and principal development roles available
• Full Stack Dev roles- Java, Kotlin, Spring, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, Angular.js, Cloud Foundry, AWS and Apigee
• Ability to accrue flexi days (up to 26 days off a year)

Mix of WFH and office based. Main office locations:

• Haymarket/Sydney CBD
• Parramatta
• Gosford

The role and team:

• My client use modern technologies and platforms and are leading the way with Lean Start-up, Agile Extreme Programming (XP), and User-Centered Design to ensure the customer is at the core of everything they do.
• They are looking for Full-stack developers to join their team working across: Java, Kotlin, Spring, JavaScript/Typescript, React.js, Angular.js, Cloud Foundry, AWS and Apigee
• They are looking for developers ranging from Junior, Senior and Principal level.
• You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary team, pair programming daily with other engineers and pairing with Product Managers and Designers as needed.
• Their small, focused teams consistently achieve great results by listening to customer needs and iteratively and continuously developing products that have a real social impact in the community.
• As a software engineer you will be involved in user research activities, prioritising and planning as well as building the product.
• Following best engineering and DevOps practices and methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD).

If successful, you will get the opportunity to:

• Pair program every day to ship high quality code to users daily

• Be part of a cross-disciplinary, co-located team owning product and feature development end to end
• Learn to build it and run it: My client subscribe to a DevOps mindset, and you’ll be operating and supporting code in production
• Experiment to push the envelope on efficient cross-discipline, cross-team collaboration
• Take part in user testing and help drive lean solutions to customer problems
