JOB SUMMARY: This is an Administrative Assistant II position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Central Operations region. The incumbent will prepare agendas, take notes and assemble materials for management meetings, conferences and training sessions. Provide administrative support, compile reports, assist with human resource activities as assigned and act as time administrator. Act as the primary purchasing cardholder, process and complete submissions of all purchase and/or travel card charges and respond to requests from the Budget Coordinator.
