Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Auckland. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing multiple properties and ensuring that each property is fully taken care of, including managing guest experience, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and addressing any issues that arise. The Property Manager will also ensure that each property is appropriately marketed on multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with guests, owners and contractors
• Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously while maintaining high standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of Auckland’s tourist attractions, nightlife, culture and history
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Good understanding of local law and regulations governing short-term rentals and property management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Property Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
