Job Scope:
- Inform client of any critical blood result and arrange for waiver form to be sign by client.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of documents for ALL NCU cases as per MOH requirements.
- Inform client of insufficient maternal sample and arrange with Precious Kare
- Make arrangement with client in delivering kitbox
- Prepare / verify client’s kitbox and spare kitbox and urgent kit boxes.
- Sending of Email confirmation for terminated clients.
- Update cancellation / termination data daily.
- Check CSA and MHQ if completed or any discrepancy
- Called client for MHQ Re-Verification after ADD
- Key in all data in individual database
- Monthly inventory checks for kit box items.
- Preparation of CBU & CT final reports
