The Sweetshop Looking for Creative & Content Creator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

About The Role

The Sweetshop is a global production company creating premium commercials and films. We are looking for someone to join the Creative and Brand team to help drive our digital marketing and social media creative.

Working alongside the Global Head of Brand, you will concept, develop and execute brand and content strategies across social and digital media. You will also support the global team in monitoring and updating our website, reviewing social content performance, creating internal communications and writing various copy. Your work will help support the global team in achieving their goals and driving brand growth. 

This will include:

• Design/Create/Edit promotional video/content for socials and digital 
• Ideate, own and maintain our content social strategy (paid and organic), using our style guide, and tone of voice across all social and digital platforms
• Find new content opportunities across the brand, industry events, and sponsorships
• Staying up to date with industry trends 
• Create written content for Publishing, Socials and the Website
• Work with PAs in each region to create content for our platforms
• Making sure all award entries from the global offices are being managed and entered
• Other ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider team. 

About You

• 1-3 years experience working in a brand marketing/creative content /social role
• Experience in social media and content 
• Highly creative with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in copywriting.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Savvy with Meta Business suite or social analytics tools and content management systems
• Excellent project management skills and Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident working in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, photoshop.
• Apply creative yet analytical thinking to social media/content space with a drive to grow and learn.
• Experience within the advertising/film/television industry is highly desirable but not essential
