Real estate company is searching for a Bookkeeper/ Office assistant. We are searching for someone who can do it all. If you have your real estate license, or are willing to get it, please apply! There is room for growth (and income potential) as our portfolio increases.
Job Responsibilities:
- AP
- Journaling
- Reconciliation
- Running reports (delinquent tenant)
- Owner pays- send owner EFTs each month
- Managing work orders and vendors
- Running tenant applications
- Draw up leases
- Phones
- Calendaring
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of Buildim Property Management SW preferred
- Property Management experience is a huge plus
- Must be willing to get a real estate license.
Hours: 8:30-5 w/ half hour lunch M-F
Pay Range: $20-25/hr depending on experience.
