Junior Front-End Website Developer – AAT Kings

The Role

Your new role will see you working closely with the Web and Marketing departments to deliver a broad range of website functionality and content display across a variety of digital properties. This role will focus on integrating booking and content sources with our websites, along with additional custom TTC integrations.

Other responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working with the Marketing & IT Teams to develop functionality, features and interactivity for websites, landing pages, booking processes and page components
• Implement device optimisation of our web properties for effective display desktop, mobile and tablets
• Testing of functionality, interactions and display across all relevant web browsers and platforms

• Build web page layouts, landing pages, UX elements and page interactions in line with branding and style objectives
• Maintain content and information accuracy across a range of regional websites
• Quality control of both inbound and outbound data sources

The candidate

You will have a minimum of 12 months technical experience with Front-End development technologies using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery. You’ll stand out if you also have knowledge of PHP and MySQL and having an interest in learning some back-end development technologies. Experience with associated libraries and data management tools, as well as data and content management will also be highly desirable for this role.

As this role will be working with key stakeholders for AAT Kings, we expect you to have high levels of customer service in addition to an ability to be flexible and have a proven aptitude for problem solving.
