• Communicating with a variety of clients every day and providing remarkable customer service
• Assisting with client requests and advising clients regarding their options
• Identifying sales opportunities and scheduling appointments for the sales team

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer service or sales background
• Warm, friendly demeanor providing remarkable customer service
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Well organized, resourceful and highly detailed
• Excellent communication skills on the phone, via email and face to face
• Taking on additional higher level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired
• Pitching in as necessary in a small team environment
• Able to manage many small tasks without dropping the ball
• Previous work or educational experiences that demonstrate these abilities
