Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

With the Hono project well under way we are now seeking Trainers to support the role out of the new technology. As a Trainer, your main responsibility is to educate and empower our staff by delivering top-notch training on specific software and processes. You’ll be instrumental in creating dynamic training programs, materials, and presentations that captivate and inform. Your positive and interactive approach will encourage participation, ensuring that our staff not only learn but enjoy the process.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

• Delivering engaging training sessions
• Creating positive learning experiences
• Assisting in the development of training materials
• Learning new processes and software
• Collaborating with the training lead and other departments to identify training needs
• Managing administrative tasks related to training sessions

This role starts in March 2024

Band F ($70,000 -$92,000)

We are have part time and full time options available.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in UoA technology, especially Microsoft Office products
• Experience delivering successful training in a large environment
• Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels
• Commitment to promoting equity and diversity
