Alliance Manchester Business School is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual to lead operations across all our Executive Education programmes at the School.
It is an exciting time for Executive Education at Alliance Manchester Business School as we embark on a major project to bring a new suite of open executive education programmes to market in 2023, expand our offer to employers using their apprenticeship levy and grow our suite of custom clients.
This is one of a number of new roles, which will support the expansion of our activity and is key to the quality of programme experience for our clients and participants.
The Head of Programme Operations will lead the delegate experience team, tasked with administering all our aspects of deliver of our programmes and delivering to contracted KPIs.
They will also lead the standardisation process ensuring we align as much as is possible with university systems and processes.
Finally they will drive continued improvement in the delegate experience team ensuring that all our activity is well coordinated and that resources are appropriately directed.
Applicants should a track record of working in operations, either within an executive education or professional management education provider and be able to demonstrate significant experience of leading a team. .
Essential to this role is the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including external clients, representing the “voice of the customer” within the School and University, to ensure the highest standards of learner and client experience.
The role requires excellence in building rapport, communication, influencing, listening, presentation, organisation, and customer service.
As an advocate for learning and development for the Business School, applicants should similarly have a passion for their own learning and development.
