The University of Waikato Looking for Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences at Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to teaching, research and community engagement in Te Huataki Waiora School of Health. The teaching responsibilities of the role consist of advanced pathophysiology within the Nursing programmes with research expectations in any area of biomedical sciences. The role involves undergraduate teaching, including the conduct of lectures to large student cohorts, as well as small group seminars and tutorials.

This role will also supervise honours, graduate and postgraduate students, as well as student work integrated learning experiences, as required. This role will further maintain quality research and contribute to knowledge development through scholarship and publication.

Salary for a Lecturer will range between $95,616 to $100,551 and for a Senior Lecturer position will range between $103,303 to $135,317 based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.
