Job Description
Sitting within the Marketing, Digital & eComm Chapter Area (and reporting into a Digital Specialist Chapter Lead) you will be allocated to a squad, where you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to ultimately deliver on our content strategy.
As a Content Publisher, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering tailored HTML templates, forms, and digital assets for our ‘MTE – Major Trading Events’. We will rely on your ability to understand, interpret, and implement all MTE/BAU updates and fixes across both Web & APP – coupled with your knack for constantly seeking to optimise the on-site customer experience as our number one aim is to make online shopping a breeze for our customers.
You will be joining a cohort of Digital Specialist Chapter Members that are spread across the wider business, so there is the comradery, knowledge sharing, and learning/development opportunities that comes hand in hand with joining our Digital Specialist chapter.
Qualifications
First and foremost are your excellent communication skills, as this role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels. Your self-sufficient nature and drive to contribute means you work effectively, both independently and collaboratively to deliver your best work and commercial results for the business. You will have a passion for putting the customer first, coupled with a willingness to own problems and find the best solution. We’d like to think of ourselves as pioneers in personalisation within the online retail space, so some understanding of personalisation would be advantageous.
You will have a passion and curiosity for finding ways to be more efficient, through automation or simply questioning business processes.
