Job Description

We are looking for team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, happy to get “stuck in” and see a job through from start to finish. Based in our Hamilton Distribution Centre and reporting to the Inventroy Department Manager, you will be working alongside a team that is dedicated to getting large volumes of our products to our customers at the right time and in the right condition.

This is a physically demanding role requires someone with a good degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. This busy role will offer you a variety of tasks, including:

• Unloading, receipting and checking off products
• Picking, packing and dispatching products for our customer orders
• You may be required to label, put away and bin locate product
• Ensure product is stored safely at all times
• Working at heights
• Operating forklifts
• Health and safety – actively promoting safe work practices and ensuring a safe work environment is maintained at all times

Shifts required are:

• Monday – Friday 8 hrs/ day between 6am to 4pm (40hrs/week)

Qualifications

To succeed in the role you will be someone who:

• Displays good problem solving and time management skills
• Comfortable working at heights
• Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Has the ability to use initiative and work independently
• Distribution/Warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

Additional Information

This role is will require you to work 40 hours per week. You will need to be able and willing to work overtime including some weekends in peak and have some flexibility to work different hours to cover leave of other operators.
