The Warehouse Looking for Shopfloor/Nightfill Team Member – The Warehouse, Rangiora (Casual) at Rangiora, Canterbury Full Time

We currently have multiple casual positions available in both our Nightfill & Shopfloor departments!

Our Shop Floor Team Members like working in our fast paced environment and getting the job done on time without compromising service standards. As part of a team they know it takes to be successful whether it’s collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, or of course helping our customers.

As part of the Nightfill team you will be responsible for helping to clear product deliveries from the stockroom and display it on the shop floor. Some of the areas in our stores have a planogram to follow so your excellent attention to detail and ability to follow plans and instructions is important.

You will be making sure the products are priced and that promotions are clearly ticketed, the right signage, as well as the store is clean and tidy. Working well as part of a team and by yourself is crucial to getting the store ‘customer ready’ in the short space of time before it re-opens in the morning and your focus on results and strong time management skills will help to ensure this.

Please note these are casual positions to work on an as needed basis, there are no set hours. Hours range from 7am start to a 12am finish, across varying days.

Ideally you will have:

• Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role – preferable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to undertake some heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time

Additional Information

To qualify for the Nightfill role legally you must be over 16.
