Job Description

As a valued member of Shopfloor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience.

You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done on time without compromising service standards. You understand that success is a team effort, whether it’s collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, or providing excellent customer service.

This is a permanent full-time position working the following hours:

• Tuesday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
• Thursday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Saturday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Qualifications

Ideally you will have:

• Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role – preferable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to undertake some heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
