The Web Experts Hiring for Client Support Rep needed at Website Design Agency at Remote Full Time
We’re looking for an experienced client support to provide 4-5 hours of help each day, Mon-Fri in managing a few of our client accounts.
We’re a digital agency and we provide the following services to our clients:
1. Brand identify creation
2. Website design
3. Website development
Your job will be to work with our Project Manager, gather notes, requirements and information for him and submit those to the client. Vice versa, gather information from clients and submit them to the project manager.
-Excellent writing and speaking skills are a must.
-Must be available for client video calls, available to reply to emails promptly and offer clear communication.
-Provide clients with a friendly and warm experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Remote
