About the job:
This job is data entry oriented with a customer service component.
You will be entering orders from our website into our software, and working with production and shipping to process shipments and pick tickets.
There is a customer service element, you will be working with teammates to answer phones, respond to emails, and possibly work with vendors.
The central role of your job is as follows:
-website order entry
-distributor order entry
– multiple company order entry
– monitoring of inventory that correlates with data entry and orders
– print pick tickets for shipping and production that are in stock and coming off the line
– phone calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Front Royal, VA 22630: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
