The Wistar Institute has an opening for a highly motivated researcher to join the laboratory of Dr. Hildegund Ertl as a Staff Scientist. This is a part-time, benefit eligible position.
Candidates should have a PhD or equivalent degree and at least 5 years of postdoctoral experience. The studies performed in the Ertl lab involve experiments mouse and human cells, various viruses, assays to assess T cell functions, assays to quantitate expression of transcripts, and protein detection by Western Blot analyses. Knowledge in basic chemistry, statistical data analyses and good laboratory practices (GLP) is required.
