Your mission

The Junior Technical Business Analyst role will be critical to a wide range of IT services projects by capturing, elaborating, and documenting business requirements and analysing, improving and creating new processes to drive efficient and effective delivery. By working closely with project stakeholders – from clients and business sponsors to product owners and end users – he/she will be pivotal not only in the success of key projects, but also in improving the way those projects are delivered. We need a team-player with excellent interpersonal skills, structured, organised, and oriented to objectives.

What you’ll do

• Define as-is and to-be systems and processes, identify risks and opportunities, and work with
• subject matter experts to communicate the right level of detail for different audiences
• Work with stakeholders to clarify and document objectives and success criteria
• Capture, elaborate, prioritise, and communicate requirements
• Maintain requirements traceability through to project deliverables
• Identify customer journeys and user flows, and incorporate them into the analysis and requirements
• Maintain a technical understanding of the solution being delivered, and facilitate technical
• discussions with subject matter experts
• Analyse and manage requirements changes and keep stakeholders informed
• Tailor documentation and communication to different audiences, ensuring effective knowledge

• Facilitate stakeholder demos, user acceptance testing, and training
• Identify gaps and opportunities in delivery processes, and recommend improvements.

• Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
• Familiarity with Agile and/or ITIL is a plus.
