We’re currently looking for a proactive and motivated Office Manager (Independent Contractor) to support our busy real estate office in Manukau, Auckland.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a growing business. You’ll be working closely with our leadership and wider team to ensure everything runs smoothly—from administration to team support and systems management.
Work hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – 40 hours per week
What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone who’s highly organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not essential—we value attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn above all.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily office operations
• Provide administrative support across multiple departments
• Assist with marketing and property listing coordination
• Ensure office systems and supplies are maintained
• Support team onboarding and training processes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
• A current NZ driver’s licence
• Excellent computer skills (social media and marketing knowledge a plus)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• The ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
