About the Team
The Business Planning & Operations team is focused on the development
and implementation of efficient overall business processes within the
State and Districts Partnerships division and cross-organizational team
to achieve clean delivery. We use data, observation, experience, and
creativity to guide decision making and process development. We serve as
a resource for the planning and operations of the division; encompassing
the units focused on large, state and district partnerships,
International, and Unified State Strategies. Our team works to provide
opportunities to students through promoting the use of College Board
programs and services including the SAT Suite of Assessments, Advanced
Placement, and BigFuture.
About the Opportunity
Under direction of the Senior Director, Business Planning & Operations,
you perform overall functions to support smooth operations of the
membership and governance activities, internal meeting management and
customer service needs of constituents across the regions. An essential
part of internal and external customer engagement, you collaborate with
the team in managing, and resolving operational issues. You are a
driving force in the team’s efforts to increase our efficiency and
scalability by documenting and refining our processes and procedures. In
this role, you also work closely with colleagues serving on the
membership and governance, finance, technology, and talent teams. You
personify exemplary teamwork, where listening, partnering, analyzing,
and experimenting are routinely used to problem-solve complex issues.

About You
You have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years’ related experience, preferably in a customer
service, event management, or program support capacity.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple situations simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational, time and task management skills and the ability
to move forward multiple projects in concert while meeting timelines,
both independently and as a member of the team
Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform decisions
and actions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
